RDP Icons for Net Value Windows and Mac

Instructions have been updated June 2023.

Windows Connection

General tab/Computer name eg: infusionnv05.ad.infusionsoftware.co.nz:6484 (this replaces the current <xyz>.hosted.infusionsoftware.co.nz CNAME address with the native host the customer connects to, (listed in spreadsheet)) 
General tab/User name eg: infusion\<usercode> eg MTC010 or MTC011 or MTC012 etc 
General tab/Allow me to save credentials: ticked

From the Advanced tab, select "Settings".

Advanced tab/Settings/Use these RD Gateway Server settings/Server ie: ibs-rdsgateway.hosted.infusionsoftware.co.nz 
Advanced tab/Settings/ Bypass RD Gateway for local server addresses: ticked 
Advanced tab/Settings/Use My RD Gateway credentials for remote computer: ticked

Click Okay to save settings and test the connection.

 For a Mac User (User tested successfully)

 Add PC

PC Name - infusionnv43.ad.infusionsoftware.co.nz:6484

You need to set up Gateway go to Preferences.

To set up a Gateway - ibs-rdsgateway.hosted.infusionsoftware.co.nz
