Can we edit existing Purchase Orders once they have been sent to our Suppliers?
Select and Open the relevant Purchase Order as either a Packing Slip or Supplier Invoice.
Once opened it can be edited as required, ie updating the quantities, rate or description. New products can be added but, if they are added at this stage the received quantity will also populate, so remember to delete this out.
It is also possible to record receipt or internal notes by selecting the tab at the top left of the Order.
Information can be recorded in these tabs by selecting the Save disc.
Before selecting Process, double check that no product are being received.
When the purchase order is opened again, the updated information shows. To indicate that notes have been added to the tabs and should be checked, the tabs are now underlined.
