The combination of printing from Infusion on a remote connection using a redirected printer when the local computer runs Windows 11 is resulting in incomplete printouts if the report has more than two or three pages.
On the third or fourth page, information is missing in some places. You can print the same report several times, it will not always be missing the exact same data, or have gaps in the same places, but it definitely starts happening by the time it reaches page three or four.
Windows 10
- user logs into a remote connection and prints from Infusion to a redirected printer = report is fine
Windows 11
- user logs into a remote connection and prints from Infusion to a networked printer = report is fine
- user logs into a remote connection and prints from Web Browser (news or Infusion Online) to a redirected printer = report is fine
- user logs into a remote connection and prints from Notepad to a redirected printer = report is fine
HOWEVER
- user logs into a remote connection and prints from Infusion to a redirected printer = report is incomplete
Also note that:
For the situation where the user runs Windows 11 on local computer but prints from a remote connection to a redirected printer:
- if you preview the report - it looks fine
- if you then print it - it is NOT fine.
