Why is my Integrated POS printing three dockets?
The unwanted "3rd customer copy" was actually the Tax Invoice receipt so in this case the user had Always Print selected for their Receipt Printer options under POS defaults. This was giving them the third unwanted receipt copy.
The work around was to set the POS default option to Prompt to Print (setting this to Never Print did not solve their issue).
Selects Ok to print at prompt but selects the bottom option of "Pos Docket with EFTPOS (incl Prod Code)" Result: does not print the unwanted 3rd copy tax invoice (but does print the merchant and customer copy receipts)
