Hosted Server Timeouts

Hosted Server users will be disconnected if their sessions are idle for 2 hours.  This is a predetermined time and cannot be altered.  This will shut down any open programmes eg Infusion and you will need to start your session again.  But this can be changed on a company wide basis.

If you feel your session is timing out in less than 2 hours, please check your computer's sleep and hibernation settings.

If your PC is going to sleep that may be disconnecting the Remote Session, and then the time out of 5 minutes would apply.

You can have your Screen turning off, but set the Sleep setting to 2 hours as shown
