If possible it is easier to use Team Viewer to install this program.
Log directly onto the Server
Copy the Installer from \\DEVSRV\Software\VFP\Installers\Stihl Warranty AU-NZ into the INFPROGS folder in SPROCKIT™.
Stop any previous versions of the Warranty that are running, do this by opening the Task Manager and checking the Services for Stihl Warranty or similarly named. Uninstall any previous versions, they should all be in the INFPROGS folder for convenience, but do look around.
From the INFPROGS folder run the installer (there is no option to right click to run as Administrator)
The Warranty needs to be installed in C:\Stihl Warranty EDIFACT folder
The install path will again be shown and then you can begin the Install
Once completed open the StihlEDIFACTWarranty Service Manager Application and Stop the Service. It is set to run automatically.
Exit and copy the PEM file into the Stihl Warranty EDIFACT folder. There should be a copy in the SPROCKIT™ Folder or there will be one in Y:\New Zealand\Infusion Documentation\EDIs\STIHL EDI Info\EDI Keys if one has been generated.
Open StihlEDIFACTWarrantyService Config file
Please note that the Data Path is defaulting to "C:\Infusion\data" /> This needs to be changed to the correct data path.
The Timer value will override the setting within the SPROCKIT™ EDI Defaults.
Save
Right click on the StihlEDIFACT Warranty Service Manager, Run as Administrator
Send a test message
Errors
If you receive the above message or a version of it that includes the exception

The Stihl EDIFACTWarrantyGateway.dll must be manually registered see here to register a file
If a message appears referring to Line4, check the path here "C:\Infusion\data" /> it will be missing either ", /, or >
If the test message sends, go into the Event Viewer and check to see the Application started.
Also check the EDI Defaults in SPROCKIT™, for a new install this information will be sent by Stihl New Zealand. For a reinstall the information will be remain. see Stihl Warranty Service Manager Error
