Is it possible to turn off the printing of the EFTPOS docket? 

Solution

The EFTPOS Docket MUST be printed, this cannot be turned off.

Printing a customer EFTPOS docket is a requirement of EFTPOS providers such as Windcave and must be printed and provided to your customer for each EFTPOS transaction.

If the docket is not printing as you want it or you’d like to change the settings for how and where it prints to, contact your certified Partner or Infusion Support

Receipt Printer Settings

If your receipt printer is cutting POS dockets incorrectly you may have the paper settings wrong.  If paper is set to 80x297 or 80x210, the printer will cut at either 21cm or 29.7cm long. 

In Printer Defaults, set to the longest setting (I found 80x3256 or so), then set the Cut to “Cut after document”.  Check the Printer Defaults and the layout settings (if printer settings are saved in the layout.  They shouldn’t need to be – the POS  settings Receipt Settings should be sufficient.).
