Unable to Open Excel on the Hosted Server or a Terminal Server

I get an error saying “Your system administrator has blocked this program.  For more information, contact your system administrator” when I try to export an Excel file.  I am on a Terminal or Hosted Server.

Solution

This is because the system is trying to open the Excel export but you do not have a licence for Excel on this platform.

Go to the Infusion folder (right click on your Infusion shortcut, and open file location).  Find the Excel file you exported, right click and copy the file, and paste it into a folder on your local machine.
