Terminal Server Installation

Server 2019

Go to the Control Panel

Select Install Application on Remote Desktop.

At the prompt screen, navigate to the installer and select next.  The application will then install as usual.

Pre 2019 Server

Put the Terminal Server into Install mode by typing into the CMD prompt

change user /install

Install the software

Put the Terminal Service into Execute mode by typing into the DOS prompt

change user / execute

A reboot will automatically put into execute mode 

If this is not done there will be OLE errors when logging in from workstations (but not the TS)
