While working in Infusion, I get a message Accounting Application has stopped working and it shuts Infusion down.
This is a Windows error message, so it is not recorded in the Infusion Audit Trail. To see what is causing the problem, please have a look at your Event Viewer. (Use the Search function to locate this)
Event Viewer / Windows Logs / Applications, click on the error and you will see in the Exception Code details of why Infusion Shut down.
Common reasons are DEP setting needing to be done or a workstation re-installation.
