Hosted Server Visual Fox Pro Error - All Customers

Hosted Server users could log on to the Server,  but when trying to log on to Infusion, users were seeing:

ibsapp.exe is not a Visual FoxPro . EXE file.

A check showed that the  C Drive had no available space at all.  A check of the Temp folder showed a large amount of data which was removed and allowed user to open Infusion.
