Adding and the Filtered Search

If the Filtered Search is populated and then a product is added in

If the Filtered Search is cleared before saving the new component is added successfully

But, if the filtered search is not cleared when save is selected

The product code will lose the Kitset brackets.

To restore this to normal, right click on the product code and select kitset. But, the new product code will need to be added again.

If the filtered search is used within the kitset components screen

and the filtered product is deleted

Instead of saving the kitset, it is closed by using the cross at the top of the screen kitset screen.

All components are removed from the kitset, and it ceases to be a kitset.

The products are retrievable from the deleted items in the prodbld table (see screenshot5) in Partner Mode.

It is recommended that after any changes to Kitsets, they should be saved and the filtered search is cleared before saving.
