Windows 10 Default Printer Issue

A recent Windows Update has changed the behaviour of the default printers automatically for some Windows 10 Computers.

Open Settings

Go to Settings / Devices / Printers and Scanners

If the box below is ticked, the last printer used will be the next one selected. To select your own printer, remove the tick.
