Stock Quantity is Incorrect Where There Is More Than One Location

In Version 8.310 there is a issue coming from the Job Management module. It is caused either by ordering Products for one Location and having a Job set for another Location or changing Locations for the Job after it has been started.  The on hand balance will be incorrect and a transfer will be system generated. 

Running the Product Movement report will show the Opening Balance to be the amount that the stock is out.

Your Partner or Support Staff will have to Repair for you.

To correct

Open Command Mode

Use Products

Brow for Product = "XXX"

Change the InStock figure to reflect the correct total on hand

Use Prodbals

Brow for Product = "XXX"

Change the InStock figure for the relevant location to reflect the correct total.

Exit

Run the Product Integrity Check
