I have created a full stocktake and some of my products are not appearing. Why would this happen?
Products will not appear on stocktakes if they are kitsets (set to sell when Invoiced), serial tracked, inactive or set not to track quantities.
They are none of the above, but are still not in my stocktake?
Products that have been imported into your system and then not opened will not have created a PRODBALS record. Try opening and saving the product.
I am doing a stocktake by Group and some of my products are not showing up?
Have you just changed the Groups? Run a reindex to update the Product information and then open the stocktake again.
Duplicate product code and nothing comes up on the report?
Call Infusion and we will remove the blank Product code.
Do you have more than one Location?
Check on the top of the Stocktake Screen for the location and check where the product is located.
Why can I not print off a Stocktake for another Product Group?
If you have a Stocktake in progress you are unable to print off anymore stocktake sheets.
