OLE Exception Code 0xc0000006

My software errors and with the message  Accounting Application has stopped working. DEP has been set and I run Windows 10 on my workstation.

 I have checked the Event Viewer and it reports:

Solution

It has been found that on some networks that there is an issue with the group policy setting.

When group policy was set to replace network drive instead of update – each time group policy was applied it would disconnect the network drive which would crash the software.

The user needs to check with the Administrator of the Network as to what the Group Policy should be.
