Resource and Consumable Job Management Types

Job Management Types were introduced in Version 8.310.

They have since been removed in 8.415.

When upgrading and if any products were set up with either of these Job Management Types, a list of them and the transactions affected are stored in Admin / Other / View Audit Trail.
