When receiving my packing slip I am swapping one product for another and get a message that says Unable to Process, Quantities are Zero. Why am I seeing this now?
A change in Version 8.425 has prompted this message. It will be corrected in a later version.
To complete your order and where you have the MISC code set up to be used and correctly set to non tracking: add MISC to the Packing Slip with a quantity ordered and received 1 and a cost of zero.
