Unable To Load Images To Products

We are having difficulty loading images into products.  Both the drag and drop and add functions do not work.  We get a file not found message.

Solution

Please check that your shortcut is using a mapped drive.

Infusion requires that all shortcuts look at the drive as I:\Accounting\ not \\Accounting.
