My emails are not sending and I can’t remember what my Username and Password are. There is an authentication error when I send a test email from Manage Email Defaults.
Solution
Try logging into your email provider’s webmail portal for example
https://xtramail.co.nz (Spark or Xtra)
Can you use the username and password you are entering in Infusion?
If not, you may need to reset your password for your account and enter the new details into Manage Email Defaults.
