Prior to completing this form, it will be an advantage to go to Admin / Other / Enter License Information, agree to the Terms and Conditions, this screen will display the recorded details of your Licence with Infusion Accounting Software Ltd and assist you in filling in the form. Do not make any changes on the form at this stage.
The System ID is located in the bottom right of this form.
Update Company & Contact License Details
This section will allow you to change the company name, account or admin contact and fill in new address details.
Tick the relevant box for the space for the information to be displayed.
To change the number of users, select the product. (This is found on the existing licence)
The screen increases to allow entry of the existing number of users to a number of new users within the program, for the Hosted Server or Infusion Mobile.
To change the Product, tick the box and from the drop down menu select the new product required.
Add/Remove Additional Services
For all additional services, select the relevant tickbox and further boxes will be displayed to be filled in.
Further information can be added to the bottom of the form.
This information will be updated within an hour during working hours and a new licence will be emailed where necessary.
When the New License Key is received
When a new license key arrives, go to Admin / Other / Enter License Information, agree to the Terms and Conditions and update the licence details EXACTLY as they show on the email and enter the new licence key.
