What Do The Numbers on The Backup File Name Mean?

What do the string of numbers for the file name mean when I backup Infusion?

The letters stand for Infusion Business Systems, the four numbers are the Version and the next group is the date in reverse order 2015/12/14 and the final group is the time the backup was taken, 09.46.
