The software will prompt the last user to exit the software to create a backup as long as their User ID is set up to allow backups, this is set up under Staff / Manage Staff and modify the relevant staff member.
Tick the Backups Allowed in the Login tab.
The user will be prompted to take a backup.
We recommend that the backups are stored in a sub folder in the Infusion folder.
We strongly recommend that this backup is held off site.
If the user is set up correctly and is not prompted for a backup:
- Check Who's Logged On to ensure that are the last user Admin / Other / Who's Logged On
- As a last resort restart your Infusion Server. This this will clear any locked files possibly held open after a network crash.
