Logging in to Infusion Mobile
Login to Infusion Mobile from your web browser. You’ll see the following Infusion Mobile login screen:
Enter your Email address and password, then click login.
Note: There should be options in your browser to save login details. Also create a Bookmark to speed up getting to the Login screen.
Once you’ve logged in to Infusion Mobile, you’ll see the home screen:
To see the list of Jobs, you will need to select the Jobs option from the menu:
You will then be taken to the list of all jobs sorted by date order:
Job List
You can also access different views that filter based on date, using the Today, Week and Month options:
The Timesheet view will show all the jobs assigned to the user and the time they have entered against each one for the specified time period:
The Filter view allows you to search for jobs by both Tech and Status:
You can search for a specific job from the All Jobs screen:
Note: the system will always present the “most recent record” first. The search results will appear below this.
Adding Labour to a Job
Select the Job that you’d like to add costs to from the Jobs screen
You will be taken to the Job Info screen for this job:
Select the Labour option from the menu:
You will then see the Job Timer. Click Start to begin the timer:
Notes entered under the Narration field will be synced back to the Tech Notes field of the job in Infusion:
You can click on the Continue button to leave the timer running in the background, or click Stop to finish the timer:
You will then see the stopped timer and you’ll be prompted to confirm it by selecting the Charge option. This will charge the labour costs to the job:
Adding Costs to a Job
To add costs to a job, select that job and click on ‘Costs’:
Then select ‘Add Product’:
You will then be prompted to search for the product you would like to add:
Select the required product from the search result list displaying.
Then enter a Quantity and select the tick icon (Note: zero Quantity items won’t sync)
If a Labour code is being added through the Add Product menu, text entered into the Desc field will display in the Description field of the cost on the Job and the Narration text will be added to the Tech Notes tab in the Job in Infusion. The Narration text will be date stamped but start and finish times will have to be entered manually.
Adding a Job
Jobs can be added from within Infusion by selecting the Jobs option on the lefthand side of the home screen then the Plus icon. Next select the required Customer. Give the Job a Title, add some text to the Desc or Notes (this syncs back to the Job Instructions field in Infusion) fields, assign it to a Tech and set Start / Due Dates and times.
Syncing Jobs back to Infusion
Once you’ve added Labour and Costs to a Job you may want to change its Status to the likes of “Ready To Invoice”. To make it available for syncing find the Job and click on it to enter the Job Info screen then click on the red switch:
You will see the switch become green. This indicates the Job, Labour and Costs will be synced back to Infusion in the next sync:
Jobs that have the job icon in red ie have costs against them that haven’t been authorised for syncing.
Once a cost has synced it will display in the Costs screen with a Tick to the left of it. eg
