When logging into Infusion 10 (Fixed Assets) the following message appeared for the user
Infusion 10 has not been able to contact the licensing server for 27 days. You have 3 days left before Infusion switches to Read Only mode.
Please check your internet connection or contact your Certified Partner for your offline activation file.
Every time the you into a company, the software will send a request to our licence database to check that the licence is valid, then sends a reply back to your software allowing you to log inl.
That request may fail sometimes in retrieving the validation because for example, maybe the internet is down something is wrong with our end.
So the software takes this possibility into consideration and has a ‘grace period’ of 30 days to allow you to keep using the software until it is able to connect to the licence validation. See Licence Details for Infusion 10 Fixed Assets
An Office line activation licence can be provided but it is better to allow communication with the licence server. See Infusion 10 and the Licence Server
