Version 10 Fixed Asset Error
Other SQL data bases on the same server are working correctly.
Solution
Try restarting the service from the computer where the Infusion Server is.
Infusion v10 needs to communicate to the following websites when it validates the license, please ask the IT person to make sure these are not blocked by firewall/security:
http://licenceservice.infusionnz.com/LicenceService.asmx
Also, they may need to ensure that the following ports are open:
14742, 15555, 15556 and 15557, 80, 14743
The ports require both outgoing and incoming communication in order to transmit validation of licence.
On Windows 10 computers, please ensure that the permissions above are replicated to the necessary user profiles, not only admin.
In most of these cases it is a problem of some sort of permission, but normally they are quite hard to resolve – it may be a Windows Update that caused the problem.
Sometimes it ends up being that we move the installation to a stand-alone computer or another workstation to work as the server and that resolves the problem.
