Go to Staff / Manage Staff and double click on the Staff Member.
*If you can’t see the list of names in the menu, you are not permitted to make changes in this area and will require assistance from a Staff Member who has access.
In the Manage Staff window, select Login
Type in the new password.
A prompt will appear to say that a change has been made.
Points to Note
- The #symbol cannot be used as the first or last character of the Infusion login
- Anytime you look at the Password box it always shows as being empty, but this has changed in Version 9 and will show as ********** (10 asterisks) regardless of the number of characters used.
- Neither the Login ID or are case sensitive when logging on.
