Can I stop a Staff Member from changing a Supplier Bank Account?
Yes you can. In Version 8.40 there is now the option to allow a Staff Member the access to view a Supplier Bank Account but not change it.
This is located in the Manage Staff module, under the login tab for each staff member.
Following a change in Version 9.105, a record is created when the Supplier Bank Account is added, changed or removed. To view this go to Admin / Other / View Audit Trail. The ID of the signed in user, date and time, the bank account numbers before and after along with the payment amount if the bank account is changed during the export to the bank.
