One Users with Speed Issues

One user only was complaining about speed issues and the system going to Not Responding, others on the network were fine.

Solution

Resetting the windows position for the staff member worked, but then slowed down.

Discovered that the user was increasing the width of the columns and not unticking them.

Showed how to Add or remove fields from the screen
