Please be aware that from 1 February 2020 Infusion will no longer be managing your SMS Global Account.
An SMS Global account needs to be set up for each business. This account requires that SMS's are prepaid. If messages are not sending, check the balance of the account and top up if required.
When the SMS Messages are not sending correctly, users will need to either contact SMS Global or check out the Service Disruption Notice
If there is an Error showing, please search the Knowledge Base for that Error number.
