An issue with sending an email from the Preview screen has been resolved in Version 8.515.
A “DEP” (C0000005) or Exception code: 0xc0000005 error was seen when completing the subsequent action in the software after an email was sent from using the MAPI option from the Print Preview Screen.
To resolve, select the three shapes at the top of the Preview Screen
There is now the option to switch between the MAPI Email Defaults and the Infusion Email Defaults that are stored under Admin / Manage Email Defaults.
If changing the option, close the software and reopen. Otherwise there will be one further instance of the error before the email default works smoothly.
