Renamed Files in the Data Folder

On occasions files have been found to be renamed in the Data folder and these have caused 2091 errors.

In one instance the following was found:

In the finchart example above finchart.dbf was renamed to this and the system crashed.

Files named eg:

finchart_PTESVR_Jul-11-114544-2019_CaseConflict.dbf or

STAFF_PTESVR_Jul-05-162302-2019_Conflict.dbf

In the format:

Tablename_server_month-date-time-year_conflict.extension

Had happened previously with a number of files.

Logged onto the server and found a backup programme called Synology & Synology Cloud Station Drive and the folder containing Infusion was marked with the same Icon.  

User to discuss with IT how these conflicts can have occurred and suggest turning off the ability for it to rename files within the Infusion folder.

Errors occurred initially after a power cut so will be monitored from here as the Backup system has been running without issue for a long time.
