When I or a Customer / Supplier try to open a PDF from an email attachment I get an error:
"There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be opened because it has no pages."
Can you print or preview the document?
Check your Windows Default Printer. If it is set to a printer that won’t print the report, the email attachment won’t be generated either.
Change your Windows Default Printer to an A4 printer and check an attachment sent to the email queue.
