Extra Company

When I log on to my session I am seeing an extra company that only has a double set of brackets ( ) and no name.

Why has this suddenly appeared and how do I get rid of it?

Solution

Unfortunately we are unsure what makes this extra line appear.  We suspect it is a combination of steps but require confirmation of this.

To remove this line please call your Partner or Support Staff who will remove the empty (blank) Company from the Company table.
