Error 114: Index does not match the table. Delete the index file and re-recreate the index.
Following the instructions in the message;
Log all users out of Infusion
Backup Infusion
From the Admin Menu select Reindex Files and run.
After running the Reindex, if this message still shows try:
- Running the Check / Repair tool
- Is this just happening to one user? Clear their windows position of the Staff member
If this fails call your Partner or Infusion Support
