PDF Not Showing All Information

Why does my email copy of an invoice miss the date or order number?

Solution

When the invoice or quote is turned into a PDF the process may require more space that the printed version for some fields, eg the Date or order number.  It will be necessary to extend these fields in the Report/Label Editor so that these show all the required information.

This may also occur if printing in Capital letters in a notes line as well.
