How can I tell how many Xtracta Invoices I have processed each month and how many I have left? A message may appear saying "Still being processed"
On the Digital Invoice Import Screen there is a Button called Xtracta Usage.
Once this is pressed it will show details of the Plan that has been signed up for. The start date and expiry date for the current billing period (this is from when you first signed up and is not generally the start of the month), how many documents on your plan, how many have been used and how many remain.
If the available documents are zero, any future documents will sit as Processing until the start of a new billing period. Infusion can increase the number of documents at any stage and charge you accordantly.
Currently there is no report to show the total number of documents that have been processed on Xtracta but this is a request for a future upgrade.
