When attempt to log on to Infusion we get a message that we are Unable to log on.
The system Logs can not be accessed.

Solution
The message details reasons why a user may not be able to log on.
If after a reboot the same message appears, look at any changes to the network such as moving to Dropbox.
Search the network for the Data folder.
It may be necessary to extract a copy of the Data folder from a backup if it is unable to be located.
