SMS Messages Showing Chinese Characters

I have received a message back about a SMS and it looks like Chinese Characters

Message: 䡩⁌敥獡⁨潷⁳慤⸮湯眠椠睩汬⁷慮琠潮攠敶敮潲攡⃃頽쎞䑎漠睩汬敡癥⁩琠瑨慮歳⁒敧慲摳⁔物捩
 

Why is this?
