Webstore - Product Price \ Pricing Notes

The Price Level the Web Sales Account in Infusion (Configuration \ Infusion \ Orders) is set to will dictate what Price Level / Price that Products will be display as on the website for a user not logged in.

For logged in Customer specific pricing always have the option "Paginate Best Price Sync" under  Infusion Configuration selected.

With the “Paginate Best Price Sync” field selected we are seeing the following pricing options being used for a logged in Customer:

• Promotional Pricing
• Contract Rates (per Product and Product Group)
• Quantity Breaks
• Default Discount (set against the Customer account in Infusion)

While the Price Level setting against a Customer account in Webstore isn’t showing correctly (ie it always displays Standard Price) the pricing calculations for the Customer are correct if they are on Price Level 2 – 8.
