Now I am using Contact Management how can I see what I have done and any follow up logs?
Solution
By opening the Customer we can see all transactions that have been done

When a follow up has been created it will automatically be Assigned to a Staff Member.
This will then show up on their To Do List on the due date until it is marked as Completed.

Under Customers, Suppliers and Staff there are a selection of Reports for Contact Management.
