Searchplus Column

The Searchplus column in the Infusion data files uses data from the following fields to allow them to be used in the Filtered or Secondary search: 

Customer: Account, Sort Key, Name, Address 1, Address 2, Phone, Mobile, Trading As

Supplier: Account, Sort Key, Name, Address 1, Address 2 Phone, Mobile

Products: Code, Description, Barcode (Primary)

Jobs (JOBIDX): Customer Name, Job ID, Job Title, Phone, Mobile, Order Number

Financial (FINCHART): ID, Name

Customer Items(ASSETIDX): Serial Number, Description, Customer Name, Asset ID

Pricebooks (PB00000x)*: Code, Description, Barcode

Rental Hire (Rhidx): Code, Description, Serial Number

Staff: Code, First Name, Middle Name, Surname

The searchplus field is updated when a reindex is done.

*Pricebook number applies to the relevant Pricebook code, search if necessary.
