400 Invalid XML Structure

When activating Xtracta ( Admin / Defaults / Manage Digital Document Defaults) or using the Digital Downloads option, the following message appeared:

400 Invalid XML structure is detected.

This message with show when there are no Suppliers loaded in the data set.
