Error 404 When Sending SMS Messages

SMS Global updated the process used for sending Text Messages, this requires the use of the API Key.

SMS Global - Error 404

This error occurs when you are trying to send SMS using a software version lower than 8.500, where the software changed to the use of the API Key.

To resolve you will need to upgrade your software. Please contact your Infusion Partner or Infusion Support to arrange.
