Message: Index tag is not found

This has occurred when upgrading from Version 7.  

All Customers on a version below 8.20 will receive this error if upgrading to 8.520 or above.  To prevent this error they will need to upgrade to between 8.200 and less than 8.520 before upgrading to 8.520 or above.

There is a similar error when upgrading from Version 5.  So it is recommended that upgrading is done in stages.
