The system table hadn’t upgraded after further investigation.

Rolled back to 8.459 – didn’t fix.   Reinstalled – didn’t fix

Rolled back to 8.458 after checking the DEMO data which operated fine.

After opening and upgrading again the final 3 records of the system table were appended and Products able to be added to Jobs.
