Error 402
Message not sent

This appears when the Outgoing message is unable to reach the destination.
If appears more than one message:
The SMS Provider may be experiencing connection issues.
Log on to SMS Global and verify your password, enter this again in Infusion and Save.
Troubleshooting
Is the Mobile number correct? If it is not then correct and resend.
If you have not been set up to send SMS Messages before? Then you will need to complete that process.
Can other workstations send the to the same number? A local Workstation install may correct the problem.
Can you view the SMS Log?
From Admin / System Reports / Print SMS Audit Log. If this creates an error please go to Admin to run the Check/Repair Files utility. If this shows a corrupt SMSLOG please call Infusion Support or your Partner.
