Variable BLOBIMAGE is not found

Blob images are located in the Scheme file.  Question what was happening at the time and check the Scheme File to see if any thing is missing.

Blob Images that are used are COUNTRYMAP, LOGO1, LOGO3 and LOGO5.  These are identified by the capital B for Blob.
