Error 1426 OLE Code 0x800401ea

Error 1426

OLE Error Code 0x800401 Moniker cannot open.

This error was seen on one workstation after the login screen.

 

After reinstalling, restarting, turning Anti Virus off, re-setting network settings, uninstalling and re-registering files -  nothing worked.

Windows 10 was reinstalled by IT person which solved the problem. 

All remaining computers on the network worked correctly and this is related to the network setup on one machine only.
