As detailed in the Error Message the possible cause are:

• Too many pages see article here for setting up Letter Ranges
• A Large Graphic - images within Infusion need to be between 15-50kb
• The Letter Template RTF is too large
• It may be a Custom Report - for Custom Reports it is recommended that these are Hidden in the Custom Folder and the Standard Report is run, if this is successful then the Custom Report requires attention.

Table reaching it's Limit

This error can also occur when one of your tables has reached its file size limit (2 GB).

Take note of which table the error message mentions in the top bar of the error screen.

The most common table that will reach its size limit is the INVLN table.

If the user finds it is the INVLN table that has got too large, and the user uses a cash sale account to process numerous sale transactions in one day, there is a utility that will condense the invoices on the cash sale account into one transaction per day, which should reduce the file size dramatically. 

If the user is not currently operating in the latest financial year, rolling over to the next year can purge some invoices and create more space inside the table.

It is advisable to keep a close eye on the size of these tables as it is much harder to resolve once the table has reached its size limit than it is before-hand.
